Paws & Claws Pet Nanny offers a few choices to best fit your needs...our Power Poochie Plan
provides clients with a reserved slot on one our dog walkers vigorous schedules...this plan is ideal for for
clients who need service on a consistent, guaranteed schedule. The Pampered Poochie Plan is
an ideal alternative for clients with fluctuating schedules. All clients are billed on a monthly cycle.
- Power Poochie Plan...
This plan is designed for our clients that will be on a monthly contract...the Power Poochie
Plan is available for individuals seeking consistent mid-day dog walks Monday thru Friday between the hours of 10:30am and
3:00pm (you pick a two hour time range). Monthly Service Rates apply to clients who have 3 days of service per
week all month. Clients will be billed on the 25th of the month for the next months service...all
invoices are due by the last day of the month for the following months service. If invoice has not been paid by the
last day of the month, a 10% penalty will apply to all open balances. Please give us a call with questions or concerns.

This
plan is designed for our clients that only need a quick out potty break for their dogs...this is the exact same as the traditional
Power Poochie...however the time increments have been reduced to 15 minutes. Clients will be billed on the 25th of the
month for the next months service...all invoices are due by the last day of the month for the following months
service. If invoice has not been paid by the last day of the month, a 10% penalty will apply to all open balances.

Cancellations
Policy: Our Power Poochie clients reserve
slots with one of our dog walkers that have very demanding and vigorous schedules. Daily cancellations will not reduce
your bill, however you may apply a missed day as a "make up" day. All "make up" days are subject
to the walker's availability. If you need to cancel a daily walk, please call 571-201-4109 as early as possible
(to ensure the walker gets the message before he/she leaves for the day) or you may email: amanda@pawsandclawspetnanny.com Requests made via a note are not honored. This policy ensures
that we bill you correctly.
The walking packages
sessions DO NOT need to be used on consecutive days. These passes can be utilized at your leisure, however the passes
do expire 90 days from date of purchase and must be paid in advance. The Walking Packages are equivalent to a Gift Certificate
and you would receive a rate reduction for advance payment of services. **Note - $3.00 surcharge for each additional dog.
